I noticed that there exist two ocaml version before I compile POY in
Linux.
Which ocaml version is better for POY 4.1.2?

The latest version of ocaml (3.11.1) is recommended to compile POY, but
we are compatible with versions after 3.10.2. To see what version is
currently being used on your machine type, ocaml -version.
