length difference poy vs. tnt?

Hi all, we are puzzled by the length difference reported between poy
and tnt. Topology is the same but there is 20 step difference in the
reported length (poy 825, tnt 805). The analysis with tnt based on
implied alignment produced with poy, and converted to numeric mode,
i.e. A = 0,... gap (-) = 4.
