Poy plug in interfering with aligned fasta reports

Hello I have a poy script that I have been running successfully. It
generates a number of reports including an aligned fasta file. However
when I call poy with the supramap plug like so:
mpiexec poy -plugin ~/bin/supramap.cmxs poy_script.txt
The script will create a blank file instead of a file that has the
aligned fasta in it. Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?
