PowerTab can't open japanese file

Hello, i downloaded tabulature from japanese site and i cant read it with PowerTab. Message i see after i try to open C:\\something\filename.ptb contains an invalid path. Can anyone help me?

Try renaming it in Roman letters? The file name containing Japanese characters might cause the problem.
