File Serialization Error Help Please.

I have been working on a song and I went to open it today and got the error. File Serialization Error: File has a bad header. I really do not want to redo it. Does anybody have any idea on how to fix it? I uploaded the file for you. Thanks again.

I'm on Windows 7 and it doesn't open at all for me. Honestly, I have no idea.
