Tabbing out harmonies.

I know how to write harmonies.but when I tab them out,they don't play
at the same time. Only one note plays. Is there a way to hear my
harmony,because I've seen people tab out rhythm and lead parts,and I'm
basically doing the same thing. Can you help me out?

I'm assuming you have the harmony part on a second staff.

If so, then you need to add a "GtrIn" symbol in that staff wherever it
starts.

Make sure the spaces are correct on either staff too.
Yes, the 'GtrIn' will let you hear them.

Also, I believe you should avoid having the same guitar on two different staffs (staves?). I've experienced notes not being played that way, IIRC.
