Incorrect notes during playback.

Sometimes, when I'm tabbing out a riff (working on the solo to
Sunshine Of Your Love now), I'll play it back and it sounds just
fine,but sometimes (not always) when I insert a note that I missed, it
stops playing back correctly. Bends in the tab don't come across as
bends and everything from that point on seems like it's off by a tone
or maybe a half tone. Have you run across this? Is there a fix?

When you use any "Bend and Hold" bends, you must add a
"Release (gradual)" or "Release (immediate)", or the bent note will
stay bent, causing subsequent notes to go off pitch. Check through
your tab and look for any "Bend and Hold" or "Pre-Bend and Hold"
bends and add the appropriate Release.
