Hi,

I'd like to use PowerMock but corporate policy won't let me use it
unless it is in Central.

I searched through the related mailing list posts, and I was wondering
if anyone has considered using Sonatype's OSS repo.

The benefits are explained here:

Getting Started:

Luke

Also, for site deployment, you might consider using wagon-svn [1] when
bug 4 [2] (auto mime-types) is fixed. That might simplify your
release process [3] and also allow reporting plugins to be used.

Hi,

First of all thanks for your comments. The problem is that PowerMock is dependent on Javassist 3.10 which is not in the central repo but in the JBoss maven repo. Is it possible to deploy to Sonatype even if you have third-party repos? It's been a goal for ages that we should upload our releases to the central repository. We would be very happy to get some assistence to achieve it.

Thanks for the tip about wagon-svn, really appreciate it! If you have any experience with it perhaps you can even send us a patch of the pom.xml when the bug is fixed? That would be awesome!
