Thanks everybody! I can't build a track until I have more entries, they are indeed trickling in. Big change this year. The track will be up front and center! It hasn't updated on google maps but we scraped and leveled the front parking lot so we have brand new asphalt up front. a few speed bumps to go around, or not.

I was planning on registering Thursday night at the meeting but that yucky white stuff (and some sleet) started coming down and I headed back home.   Still hoping we can get some extra tickets for track marshals for Jim ... so we'll have 2 entries from CCCKC at this time ... maybe more ... haven't heard ... NEED to stand up at the meeting on Thursday and see what kind of volunteers we can get ... but I need to find out availability of tickets.

FYI Jim ... my friend, Pat, that was a track marshall last year (at finish line...tall skinny man) has volunteered for BOTH days to help you out on the track ... he said to make sure it was going to be as much fun as it was last year though ... told him it was guaranteed.   ;-)

It's an online application, nothing special about Thursday night. Generally every entry has four booth assistants. This helps prevent abuse of the system. Having said that, we CAN take your application and you tell us the booth assistants later at in...@makerfairekc.com please. I will work with you if you need more than four and of course track marshals and the like we can accommodate. But let's start with teams and their pit crews first and Jim and I and CCCKC can work on extra staffing needs. I already saw a few more apps come through.
