Jim - Patrick - Luis ...

When do you need help setting up the track?    ...got guys standing by ... we just need to know WHEN.

How are we going to get our power wheels vehicles to the track ... will there be a special place to unload for power wheels?

What about parking fees for Friday ... are they covered with our check-in materials ... we are parking in the parking garage next to Science City ... right?

Jim - Patrick ... let me know if you think there is anything you have forgotten once you get here ... will see what we can do to help.

Can't wait to see everyone again ... when is everyone getting here?

Patrick and I will be there early friday morning until the track is done. Our goal is to have the track set up by 4pm on Friday.

Any word on tires?

I just called Johnson County Automotive and they have 100 used tires that we can have for the race track ... keep or return ... our choice.  ...but we would need to figure out HOW to get them to the race track ... any ideas?  Let me know so I can let them know if we want to use them.  ...and can put out a call to the hackerspace to see if someone can tote them ... if Luis can't figure it out ...

I have the same trailer full of tires and the trailer will be within rolling distance of the track. I have a source of tires from 75th and wornall but we'd need an army of folks and trucks to pick it up thursday late or friday. I want the track to be as big as the drawing but it will shrink or we go like two or one tire high for the track. Sorry guys, really bustin' my butt but running out of time.

Luis, thanks for all the hard work. We really appreciate it.

If we do not locate tires, Patrick and I will draw up a track that can work with the existing tires. This will reduce the high speeds of the track and make low to mid range speeds optimal. This might be good because some of the cars have shown some speed increases to last year, and we want to keep the series safe.
