Hello!  We're going to bring a bunch of stuff to World Maker Faire, that we're happy to share when possible.

Maybe this will help you plan if you're running short on space to bring stuff.  Are you bringing anything interesting?  Is there usually stuff provided by PPPRS?
  1. Mig welder loaded with flux core iron wire
  2. Air compressor, multi tap, hoses  (i think it's like 2.5 gallons)
  3. 1/2" impact wrench (pneumatic)
  4. Whatever the thing is called that lets you inflate tires to particular pressures
  5. 4 1/2" electric grinder
  6. Electric Drill of some sort
  7. Maybe a small drill press if I get motivated enough
  8. Coffee Pot
  9. Duct Tape
  10. Bubble Gum (no baling wire)

PPPRS doesn't supply any tools ... if you need it ... you better bring it...or talk to other teams about sharing equipment.  We pretty much carried everything we thought we would need.

I'm so :-(   that Duct Tape and Zip Ties Racing Team can't make it to NY Maker Faire ... that would have been so much fun!

Btw Jim, I'm hitching a ride with Sector to NY so I'll be there for the weekend. If you can find a way to get #3 there, I'll race it. Detroit is sorta on the way from Madison....

Karen, if you could bring i3's diehard chargers, that would be amazing.

3 battery chargers have been packed. Though I just discovered one of our backup batteries bit the dust. Tried four places to buy a replacement. Looks like I might be trying to pick one up on the road. I have one full set, but need one more to complete the spare set.

What size is it? There's a battery supplier in Indiana that has free, fast shipping.

You can almost certainly find what you need there.
