the image/logo inside QRCodes are treated as "defects" (ie. error bits) by
the decoders.
if the "error bits" are within the allowable errors (errorlevels), they can
be decoded without any problems. BWIPP does not support image-embedding so
you have to mix them with image manipulation softwares.
