Posterous API Library for PHP 5

Hello,

I've released an initial version of a PHP 5 wrapper library for the
Posterous API at my website under the MIT License.

It's not fully implemented and I'd like to setup additional objects
and tests, but I think it's a good start and wanted to share it with
you.
