Add RSS to Favorites page?

Is it possible to add RSS to this page:
http://posterous.com/people/favorites/[UniqueUserID]
It would be really cool to be able to add "Subscribe to my Favorites
RSS" to the sidebar.

What I would really like to be able to do is have posts I've marked as
favorite in my sidebar. I'm already able to do this with my Tumblr
blog (http://open.mled.me) but there's a huge amount of content in the
Posterous community that I'd like to be able to share in this way
through http://blog.mled.me. For the moment, I'm just going to add a
link to my favorites.
