Parade

I have set the tentative date for the parade as 1June2013.  I would like to take this opportunity to ask if anyone has a problem with it.   I would like to set this date in concrete before the next meeting so that we can start apporoaching groups for participation now.  Let me know what you think.  Thanks.

What is the day that Portsmouth was actually incorporated and is that a day we could have the parade? Just a thought not being critical.

Portsmouth compact was signed on March 7, 1638.  March is not known for parade weather.
