Problem with sshhostkeys

For some reason, no matter where i run portaputty's plink, it stored
the sshhostkeys files in C:\Documents and Settings\Adminisrtator
\.putty

It should only be putting the files in {EXECDIR}\..\.putty\

It used to correctly work, and now it doesn't.

Is there a way to specify the directory location in the command line
so I don't get it messing up like that?!
