Migrate Sessions

I wondering if there was a way to migrate sessions from putty to
portaputty. I exported a few sessions from putty out of the registry
and besides quotes saw some other differences in the way portaputty
saves the session files. I have a ton of sessions saved in the
registry and was wondering if there was some way to convert all these
sessions to portaputty.
