updated list of poco providers/consumers

I took the (long overdue) task of updating the list of known Portable Contacts providers and consumers on the PoCo wiki: https://wiki.portablecontacts.net/Software-and-Services-using-Portable-Contacts

If anything looks wrong, or if you have a service that's not listed, please let me know (or just add it yourself)! :)

BTW I got : This Connection is Untrusted in firefox 3.5 and had to had
a security exception to view the page. Also, is it possible to login
with OpenID?

This is a pbworks issue, not sure why they're not showing the right certs. But yes their login page has an OpenID option (look for the orange OpenID logo next to the signin UI), though it's a bit buried. :)

Found it, thanks. One interesting thing is that I logged in with my
OpenID URI, and it magically worked out my gmail address. Very
cleverI Dont quite know how it did that, but it's all good! :)
