Tom and Mom Cat Special. Event includes a silent auction, raffle, music,
face painting and more!

11:00 am to 5:00 pm - Sweets and Goodies (until they're gone!)
11:30 am to 2:30 pm - Soup by Souper Natural - Serving 3 Flavors

*Since 2002, several Portland-area animal welfare groups have teamed up once
a year with local veterinary clinics in honor of Spay Day USA. Through a
program we named the Tom and Mom Cat Special, this joint effort has made it
possible for low-income households to get their cats spayed or neutered—more
than 5,000 cats altogether—at an affordable rate.

Each year from Valentine’s Day to St. Patrick’s Day, local veterinary
clinics offer spay and neuter services at a discounted rate to qualifying
community members, and the Tom and Mom program provides the clinics a
subsidy for every spay surgery performed.
