When do you brush your teeth?
wash your face?
eat meals?
change clothes?
...

I know these don't seem important but I haven't found info on when
people in polyphasic sleep do simple
everyday stuff like this that usually happen before and after sleep
monophasically. (except for meals)

I'm currently adapting to Everyman sleep.
And hopefully switching too Uberman in the spring!

I thought these would be fun facts for everyone to know....

I brush my teeth after I get off work and before heading to work.  Or whenever they feel icky.

I shower after work and before going to work and wash my face whenever it feels greesy.  Kinda depends on what food I ate.  Potato chips or fried food?  Oh yeah, gotta wash.

I snack through the night (bad, bad habit) and eat about two meals a day (brunch and dinner).

I change clothes after I shower.  Sometimes I'll be running late in the morning and skip the shower and just change from jeans to work clothes.  On the weekends I will try to change my clothes every 24 hours or whenever they get dirty (yard work, puppy bath, etc).

I perform all these day to day tasks at the same time as I do if I were sleeping monophasically so long as I remember, but I try to brush my teeth before I nap at 2am and 8am and try not to snack in the middle.

Having said this I am trying the Dymaxion sleep pattern giving myself more time.

With eating however i try to eat a bit later so that i wont snack later and my breakfast is now at approx 6am.

I'm not sure if anyone's thought of this... but I was thinking about it
the other day and have put it to the test. For those who want to limit
microsleeps or falling asleep in general while at your desk chair while
adapting, you might want to try using a large exercise ball as a chair.
I've seen people do this for egonomical purposes, plus it burns calories.

Agreed. Exercise balls are awesome. I have found that I get much less tired in the first place when using one, as well.

Speaking of that, I should go find my exercise ball!

The one major change I have is I eat two breakfast's, one at 4am and
one at 8am, had to have 4 meals a day I found, normally one is cooked
(breakfast sandwich or cornbread or something like that) and one is
just cereal, tend to have cereal at my 8am one. Besides that all the
normal habits are at the same times since they mostly revolve around
work.
