to Polyphasic Sleep
I'm sure this is a tired subject, but I'm having a good deal of
difficulty transitioning to an Uberman schedule. My biggest problem
seems to be that I can't rationalise away the thought that it's ok to
sit on the couch and do something lethargic just after a nap.
I'm trying to condition myself into doing something different just
after I wake up. Here is my criteria:
1. I want to do it
2. It won't go away if I do it too much
3. It gets me on my feet and moving
My best idea so far is to play a DDR song, or alternatively to do an
exercise on Wii Fit (although this might be too much like work). Does
anybody have any other ideas that could match this criteria?

P.S. I know that everybody has different things that they enjoy, but
I just wanted to curtail suggestions along the lines of "you could do
dishes".
