Hail !

I m on my first week of adaptation to everyman, thanks to the
information gathered from this group and PureDoxyk book.

My schedule is so far :

5-8 core
13 nap 1
19 nap 2
00 nap 3

I know that its rather important not to move the naps too much, I have
chosed to follow this schedule because I would be easier for me to
take naps around the time dedicated to eat since I m interrupting any
activity anyway. So my timing for naps is pertty much carved in stone.

The core is more problematic. At first 4-7 seemed good, getting to
sleep late and still waking quite early, but I had to reconsider it
for the following reasons :

1) I m at the top of my activity from 19 to late night. With the hard
sleep deprivation of the first week, even if am really tired all the
day long, I feel a lot better in the evening and in the night.

2) I m more of a night owl than an human being, I love being awake
during the night !

I m not to happy with the 5-8 core though, sometimes I would like to
finish what I was working on before going to sleep, and 4.5-5 seems to
short for my favourite waking time.

6-9 would be perfect for that If i dont have to wake early up the next
(which is most of the time). But 9 is quite late to wake up, and If
have to wake up at 7 for whatever reason, of if I dont want to waste
my morning, It wont fit.

I already know that the timing for naps shoulnt be steched too much,
which is not a problem for me, but what about the core sleep ?

It would be perfect if I could move my 3 hours of sleep between 4 and
9 at will, depending on the context.

Here's my question : is this possible, or is core sleep time
unmovable ?

Bonus question : Since a few days, I m having palpitation symptoms
when I m trying to nap, and I m little worried. Should I ? Will they
disappear when the habituation to everyman schedule will be done ?

Thanks for your help !
