Hi,

I got interested with polyphasic sleep and would like to try Everyman with 2 naps. Seems like it's not a very popular choice (mostly beaten by E3), but it seems easier to adopt.
I'd like to ask for some schedule advice. AFAIK I should get 4.5h core + 2x20min nap.
I work at the office 8.5h/day, so that would mean I need to take one of the naps at work, right?

Does this look like a reasonable plan?
01:30-6:00 core
12:30-12:50 nap 1
19:00-19:20 nap 2

How much flexibility (and when) can I get with moving core and naps around?

Thanks in advance!

Hey P. Skrk

I can't speak from my own experience but I can relay some of what I've learnt from others.

General advice is you shouldn't move naps or core during adaption. Later on, you can change your schedule. It's usually recommended to do it gradually. Compared to uberman, though, your schedule needn't be as rigid. You can probably get away with postboning a nap by half an hour, every now and then. Best to avoid it though.

Also, no polyphasic schedule is easy to adopt. Different schedules, which have yielded success, should include Uberman, Spamayl, Everyman (E3, E2/E4,5), Triphasic (3x90min). People have been the most successful with E3 and Uberman. The least stressful has been claimed to be the triphasic.

Nap quality and falling asleep quickly matters. Getting used to napping with biphasic, beforehand, would certainly benefit in that matter.

There's also quite a bit of material available if you google polyphasic. As of currently logged adaption attempts, there's an uberman adaption you can follow. It's a good blog: http://schneidera.com/polyphase/2011/12/14/

Best of luck!
