this pea protein that you write about looks fantastic, so how can we make it if it is not just coming from eating garden peas ? are any health stores selling this ? you also write about chia seeds, i am back using chia seeds again after a break as i suspected they may be disagreeable but i don't know. After a month or 2 break, i am making the chia seed gel again as it gives me a lot of energy, in particular i feel stronger running when i've eaten my chia seeds but who knows if they cause problems with bp or kidney functioning ?

It has been found helpful in PKD to lowers PKD blood pressure.
