We as HCW should be making Moral judgements
When we begin super selecting groups we are then going to not treat the elderly / the Non productive etc
We must bear in mind that the prisoners when released will be forming part of society and if they are more ill, they would be more difficult to treat.
If we were in the same position when Mandela was in prison and the decision was not to treat political prisoners……
