Greetings!

The Polish-American Club of the Triangle kindly invites you for our
traditional Christmas Dinner (Oplatek).  We are pleased to announce that
the dinner this year will be held at the Klara’s restaurant in the
downtown Cary at 5:00 PM on December 6^th , 2009. This is a lovely place
run by the Czech couple and that shall give us a flavor of “/close to
homeland cooking/”.  Friendly gathering will include sharing of Oplatek

member and $40 for nonmember per person.  Select pork, chicken or fish

Borsch soup, with a side of cabbage - mushroom pancakes

Shopsky Salad

(tomato, cucumber, red peppers, onion, feta cheese, light vinegar oil
dressing)

Pork medallions with creamy mushroom sauce, served with roasted potatoes
,sautéed vegetable

Chicken breast " Sunrise" with roasted potatoes and sautéed vegetable
(asparagus, sun dried tomatoes mascarpone cheese, white wine)

Salmon Filet with a dill sauce (served with roasted potatoes and asparagus)

A glass of wine or a draft of beer will be served with the entree
