can you please create a ticket in the bug tracker for this? (As a rule of thumb, don't send bug reports or big attachments to the list; the list is for discussions.)
Also, please provide more information when creating the ticket (see http://www.poedit.net/trac/wiki/HowtoReportBugs). In particular, your OS (w/ version) is missing as well as the particular steps you take in Poedit. I would assume from the attached files that you did "Update from POT file", but since I cannot reproduce this on any platform (everything works like a charm with the two files you attached). So you're either doing something else or some crucial bit of information is missing...
