PodCamp Ohio Podcast

I'm working with Dave at Coefficient Media to get the session recordings web site renamed, as someone pointed out it is currently called "PodCamp Ohio Podcast" which may be misleading for those who already listen to the PodCamp Ohio Podcast from podcampohio.com. Hopefully he will be renaming it to something like "PodCamp Ohio 2008 Sessions" or something specific.

Doctor Anonymous and I discussed changing the format of the PodCamp Ohio Podcast from simply being meeting planning recordings to an actual monthly podcast discussing the past event, interviewing speakers and talking with others who went to the first PodCamp Ohio. I'm thinking if Doctor Anonymous wouldn't mind hosting this once a month, then that would allow me to have the roll of joining the show and giving current updates with PodCamp Ohio 2009 planning. I'm thinking the planning portion would be a segment of something larger, rather than the opposite of what we were doing previously.

What does everyone think? Doctor Anonymous, are you interested in hosting these monthly podcasts?

I would be honored to have the Podcamp Ohio Podcast come to my show once a month. Thanks so much for the opportunity.

Since there has already been kind of a post mortem (sorry, bad medical humor) going on already, I would be happy to schedule a show specifically to try to gather as much of the Podcamp Ohio 2008 feedback as we can looking toward 2009.

My schedule this month is very busy, but if people are interested, and available, I can schedule a show for Thursday, July 10th at 9pm eastern time to discuss further.

With Angelo going to the New Media Expo in August, the August Podcamp Ohio Podcast will be Thursday, August 14th. He'll call into the show from Vegas. We'll talk about NME, Podcamp Ohio 2009, and whatever else comes up.

So, let me know if people are interested in me scheduling a show for July 10th. Thanks!

Also, it's looking very good for me to be going to NME, so count me in for the Podcast from NME.  Angelo and I will have to meet up for that at some point when we're not plugging Blubrry or Viddler with our own crew. :)

In about a week or so I'll have a good idea what the plan is for RawVoice at the Expo. Do you know where your booth is yet?

No clue... Viddler likes to throw things together at the last minute for events like this, and as the Community Leader, I'm usually the last person to know about all the technical details (we're revealing site changes at NME and I have no idea what they all are yet). :)  We'll definitely be seeing each other though!
