Update from this weekends meeting

Hey All,

I wanted to thank Kim, Mary and Thad for making it out to the meeting this weekend. I'm very thankful for all of your help!

Here's an update for everyone from the meeting:

• Finding Sponsors - Thad will be helping out with finding sponsors. Anyone else wish to help or have leads with sponsors please contact Angelo (angelo [at] podcampohio.com or Thad (thad [at] podcampohio.com)
• Sessions and Attendee registration: Kim is going to help manage questions from session speakers. We're looking for one more person to help with the sessions.
  
• Block Hotel Rooms - Thad is going to look at reserving rooms at hotels in and around OSU.
• Event Swag: We decided to do T-shirts again as our main swag.
• Viral Marketing: Mary is going to start working on our social sites (e.g. Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc...) Brandice was the only person doing this last year so this will help us out a lot.
• We also discussed the idea of creating a non-profit organization for managing PodCamp Ohio

I'm thinking about re-starting the Planning meetings podcast, though maybe only schedule it every other week. What does everyone think?
