June VHF Plaques

Congratulations to K7CW - the winner of the NW Division High Power plaque from last year's June VHF contest.

He just edge out W7EW.  He also got a little lucky as K7RAT forgot to send in his log. 

I see that last year we had THREE plaques sponsored for the NW Division:

Northwestern Division Single Operator High Power Boring, OR Amateur Radio Club K7CW
Northwestern Division Single Operator Low Power Mike Coogan, KB7ME W7ID
Northwestern Division Multioperator Randy Stegemeyer, W7HR KB7Q

I just sent in another $75 for this year.  Hope the others will continue to sponsor the other ones as well.

And THIS YEAR - I will NOT forget to mail in my log!!!!  Am putting together a 222 beam and will get a transverter ordered soon - so will be back on ABCD after about six years.

Thanks again to the Boring Amateur Radio Club for the nice plaque. Of course, I intend to be present this year, defending the title. I expect to have to work hard at it, considering the competition!  BTW, how about some local crews getting on and competing in the Multi-Unlimited category?
