How is a decision tree (DT) different from a risk breakdown structure (RBS)?

A. A DT helps assess the need for monetary reserves. An RBS doesn't.
B. The terms mean the same type of graph used in project risk management.
C. A DT calculates EMVs for all branches, an RBS only for chosen ones.
D. An RBS calculates EMVs for all branches, a DT only for chosen ones.

Am for D!

RBS is just a breakdown of risks according to risk categories.
Decision tree helps you to calculate using EMV, and hence ans is "C".
