Here was my approach.

 

- Have a plan....MOST IMPORTANT.

- Read Rita's PMP Exam Prep book chapterwise and answered questions at the end of each chapter.

- Read Rita's PMP Exam Prep book Process groupwise,

- Solved only questions from Andy Crowe's book.

- Solved almost 4000 questions from different websites (listed below).

- Solved questions from PMP Exam Prep: Questions, Answers, & Explanations, 2012 by  Christopher Scordo 

- Referenced PMBOK only for clarification.

Project Statement of work (SOW) is called a Project Charter "after" its signed (by the Sponsor/Customer)... so I'm for C.
