If the halogen curve is based on the 'Rebuild CFL Cal 7' curve, that one is saturated on R/G channels and the cal wavelengths don't match a CFL's typical spectra. Maybe go back to getting a non-saturated CFL cal where at least the '2nd blue' and 'double-green' lines end up with the correct wavelengths ? -- and post a link to that along with a halogen curve that uses that new CFL cal curve. Just a thought.

I am really struggling with wavelength matching.
I calibrate with a CFL.
Then I run a Halogen emission spectra and the wavelengths are shifted way to the short end with respect to the image.
The brightes green wavelength of 597nm appears in the orange or red.
If I try to calibrate the Halogen spectrum I can't find the 2nd blue emission line.
What am I doing wrong?
