Reigate at Shrimps Field, Kingswood Plot Owner – Looking to connect

Hi everyone,

I am an investor who purchased a plot of land at the Shrimps Field site (off Chipstead Lane / Brighton Road, Kingswood) through Jardin Smith International.

My UK Land Registry title number is SY764751.

Given the strict Green Belt restrictions and the history of rejected planning permissions by the Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, I am looking to connect with other active owners of this specific site to understand our current options.

I would be very grateful if anyone could update me on:

1. Is there an active group or committee specifically representing Shrimps Field plot owners?
2. Are there any ongoing legal actions, or has a joint UK legal representative been appointed?
3. Have there been any collective discussions regarding selling the site as a whole for agricultural/equestrian use to recoup partial losses?

Hello

Everyone,  I am just wondering whether if there is anything at all we can do with our lands.   What could we get permission for?  Can any of the land be farmed, hired out,  used for camping etc.   Maybe it is time to think outside the box?
