Displaying Salesforce Information in Plone
I've gotten pretty good at accepting information in plone form gen and writing it to salesforce. Now I want to display select information from salesforce in Plone. I see hints in various places that people do this. But how? Are there any examples out there. What tools do I need to use/learn?... more »

Performance tuning and best practices?
Hi folks, I wanted to see if anyone could share their experiences on tuning Plone-salesforce integrated instances for performance. In particular, if you have high rates of simultaneous users or lots of queries to the salesforce database. Salesforce can be rather slow to respond and that can cause delays. What have you found as a way to keep the user experience speedy?... more »

collective.salesforce.authplug in and Groups
We have a current project for a client needing the ability to set groups membership in Salesforce. The value would be set using a custom field on the Salesforce object. Our work has gotten stalled a bit due to busy schedules, but I've... more »

Handling record types?
Hi all, Quick question - can the BaseConnector and/or PFG adapter handle mapping to different record types in salesforce? If not, how does it choose which one it does map to? ie if you have 3 record types for Contacts (default, members, and staff, for example). Cheers, Chris
