Hi all
I just phoned Quay 4 to make a reservation for next Saturday, and they
informed me that they don't take any reservations for the outside
"tavern" area, only for the restaurant upstairs.
They describe the upstairs restaurant as "elegant" with an emphasis on
fresh seafood.
Personally, I think it would be great if we could sit outside in the
nice weather and have a cool beer/cocktail/drink.
Now that I think of it... what about La Med? They have lots of space
outside and very nice views.
We could take a risk with Quay 4 and just pitch up without a
reservation, but we might not get a nice spot that accommodates all of
us (probably about 15 people).
I think in light of that, I'd go with La Med.
Any input?
Cheers
JC

Damn, I see La Med doesn't exist anymore and has been replaced with "The
Bungalow".

Or the Radisson which is next door to the V&A? They have a lovely deck right on the water. Cocktails are around R50 - R60, but it's a nice spot especially for visitors to Cape Town.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone!
Tobago's at the Radisson looks really good, so I've made a reservation
on the outside terrace for 15 people for 18:30.
@Tobias, will you be attending the sprint and the social event as well?

Sorry, I've got a one month old baby back at the ranch so unfortunately won't be able to join you. I was just helping with the venue suggestion. Enjoy!

Ok, sterkte!
We'll be streaming the sprint via a Google+ hangout if you'd like to
join remotely.
