Plone Consultant Wanted - Bay Area Integrated Regional Water Management Plan

My name is Mark Boucher, Sr. Hydrologist with the Contra Costa County
Flood Control District.
I have joined this group simply to request qualifications from 3 web
developers who are conversant in Plone. Please contact me as soon as
possible if you are interested in this project. I found out about your
gruop through BC Capps of the Bay Area Open Space Council.
I am representing the Bay Area Integrated Regional Water Management
Plan (IRWMP) Coordinating Committee (CC). The CC needs to migrate an
existing web site function and content to Plone. The current site is
at www.bayareairwmp.net. The CC also needs a hosting server and one
year of support/training among other services outlined in a draft
scope of work.
A multi-phase scope of work draft has been prepared and we expect to
have a budget of $100,000 collected from several Bay Area IRWMP
participants by the end of May or early June. Most of that budget will
be earmarked for the web development project.
I will e-mail the draft scope of work to you if you are interested and
can answer questions by phone or e-mail. Our intent is to adjust the
scope of work to line up with your approach to work, negotiate a
contract and begin work in late June or July.
