Several months ago I requested a DNS alias to denver.plonelounge.org.
Since plonelounge had changed hosting services and moved the mailing
list to google groups and I seem to have lost touch. The though was to
leverage the plonelounge.org domain name and start building a community
of plone users groups around plonelounge. Is this still a possibility?
All I need is a DNS denver.plonelounge.org alias to medlyn.org. I can
then take care of the rewrite rules on my end to redirect incoming
requests to our Denver Plone Users Group web site.

Thanks for you help.

Dayne,

This sounds fine... In the group's initial discussions about the
domain there seemed to be consensus that we would like to extend
plonelounge subdomains to other groups. If anyone has a reason not
to, please speak up now.

To make an A-Record for your subdomain we need to point it to an IP
rather than a hostname though.

cheers
