[Plone-i18n] Minor LinguaPlone changes

Hi:

I have a couple of changes to merge into LinguaPlone trunk, but I
wanted to comment them here, in case someone has any objection:

1. Show the language list in "translate into" menu in its native form:
Currently the menu shows the language names with its english name what
is many times weird for users. Moreover the language change viewlet
already shows the language name in its native form.

2. Mark current content's translations for search engines: Google
published in december a way to mark the translations of the current
content with HTML <link> tags. This change adds a viewlet in the
header section with this URLs. More information about Google's
suggestions:

These changes are in my current fork of LinguaPlone in GitHub, if
there's no objection I merge them into the trunk (or master or
whatever... I am not yet used to the github workflow... ;))

Mikel,

I think the language list under Site Setup->Language should have both
the language name within the current set langauge and its native tongue,
showing the format as

Language name in current language (native language)

For example, if the current language is English, the language setting
list should look like

...
French (français)
German (Deutsch)
Hebrew (עברית)
...

or if the current language is français,

...
anglais (English)
allemand (Deutsch)
hébreu (עברית)
...

or (to really make this clear) if the current langauge is עברית or Hebrew,

...
גרמנית (Deutsch)
אנגלית (English)
צרפתית (français)
...

This is the format for listing languages somewhere else within Plone (I
forget where, sorry). Showing it this way is extremely beneficial for
people working in multiple languages (including developers like myself
for which I do RTL script development) or people who simply accidentally
change the language. I brought this up a while back in the devel list
but did not pursue it further so thanks for taking up the task.

those names translated and then it's up to translators to translate
all language names :)

Be careful with this. I struggle to switch Google back to English in
Thai internet cafes, because the list of languages is in Thai, which I
can't read.

Ed Manlove's suggestion (to show both forms) is good.
