[Plone-i18n] Core Plone Khmer / Lao translations

Hi,

Would I be correct in that there are currently no translations for core
Plone in Khmer and Lao?

I couldn't see them at
https://github.com/collective/plone.app.locales/tree/master/plone/app/locales/locales
