0.6 Use

I'm currently using Event Registration 0.6 and ran into a problems.
When I add the new Event I get an error without even knowing it. It
tries to add the Event and then immediately removes it from the
catalog, without any explanation. I'm currently running Plone 2.1 The
weird part is the Event still shows up on the object list, but when you
go to do something to it, for example publish it, then the site says
the object doesn't exist. I'm not sure what is going on, if anyone
could help me out that would be great.
