how can plivo handle skype calls

Please can someone kindly explain what is the best procedure for handling skype calls via plivo.

i don't think that is possible. skype uses a proprietary protocol, not like google talk. there is no entry point to use skype with Plivo unless you use the normal skype in/out numbers provided by skype but i don't think that what you are trying to do.
