Calls to cell in India aint free. Buy SIP minutes to India, However there
is a slight problem in this mode. According to TRAI, you cant make calls to
India using SIP providers outside allowing calls origination from your
Indian server IP.

Excellent Fax over IP Server <[link]> specifications and
ICTFax <[link]> should handle much larger concurrent calls,

in plivo config :

disable IP restriction for rest :

ALLOWED_IPS = 127.0.0.1

and restart plivo

where authid:authtoken is an HTTP Basic Authentication .

Without more logs, we can't guess the problem .

no sir, FS and Plivo is running in one server and i want to run apps in
another server. so that i want use call api from apps server, which need
to connect plivo and fs from that server.

but FS and plivo is in single server.

It may not be a great idea to run FS on one and Plivo on another over
public IP.

At decent amount of load, things will go bad over a public network..

everything is working from same server but i need to make work from
distributed system plivo and FS in one system and apache2 in another one so

NO i did not set this event socket module.

I have done only

AUTH_ID = XXXXXXXXXXXYYYYYYYY
AUTH_TOKEN = XXXXXXXXVVVVVVVVV

and listening port as pc ip and 0.0.0.:8088 only

Go to the /usr/local/plivo/etc/default.c onf and add new listen ip addresses

ICTDIALER makes calls from 1 to 300 but it stays on almost 300 connection.
I have 1200 ports(40 E1) but it can not exceed 300 concurrent calls! any
configuration should i set in FS, Plivo, Httpd or ...? i have HP G8 with
ICTDIALER VM 8 cores and 16GB RAM! any suggestion guys? PLZ help me asap!

Sorry I'm responding to this soooooo, late. I gave up on Plivo. I found it
very difficult to work with and the documentation sparse. Unfortunately It
no longer falls in my plans of things to learn. I may be open to it again
down the road.

I am still waiting for adding a outbound carrier to plivo cloud, no way to
do it, so we are locked :(

We are moving to a hosted plivo setup, but TTS suck. Any idea of a good TTS
for plivo opensource?

Hi Luis,

an easy to do that is :

plivo box => ANSWER_URL => your internal webserver (check From/To .. etc)
=> according to From and/or To, forward request to an url you define in
business logic .

Hi folks, am very new to the plivo api. I just downloaded the
plivo-examples-php just to test and know how to implement in my impending
app.
I have created a plivo account online with 10 dollars testing credits. but
when I run any of the scripts, i do not get any error, neither do i get it

Can you do these:
- enable debug variable in Plivo.init() config parameters, you can see
config parameters that available in [link]
- provide complete log from JS console, not only the error part.
- try plivo demo page in [link]

I checked with chrome 26 , then i upgraded to chrome 27 and it's the same
result.
Maybe i'm missing something important , beside run it on a server , do i
need anything else?

What browser you use?
Just tested it with chrome 26, chrome 27 and firefox 20 & 21. It works for me.
