Get Digits

Hi,

I wanted to start using GetDigit to collect numbers during the call and I noticed that almost half of the time FS doesn't get all the digits.

ex: If i pressed 12345 it gets 235 or some other combination of that order.

I didn't limit the validDigits and the timeout is 20. I looked at the log file and noticed that Plivo is getting the digits from FS fine so the problem is probably in FS.

Can someone help with that?

Are you running fs on the same server as plivo or separate server?

Could you also show us the logs and for plivo please

Yes I have taken a look at your logs and to be quite honest it is a random issue. Clearly the DTMF is working correctly as it is collecting digits. Have you tried using sip and seeing if the same problem exists. Also have you tried using a web browser to test the user input and seeing what the output is.
