Is it possible to configure a conference on Plivo to be similar to the service provided by Intercall?

Hi Michael

I am looking to setup a simple conference bridge:

1. attendee dials in

2. attendee is prompted to enter a conference code

3. attendee is placed on hold until the moderator dials in

4. moderator dials in and enters his/her moderator code

5. everyone is placed into the conference

I was able to configure this on Twilio however it was missing the moderator code.
