Hi!
was following http://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq/tutorial.shtml

I think that resources-hg18-0.02.tar.gz [ 1.1G ] : a (relatively large) bundle of resource databases (RefSeq genes, dbSNP variants, hg18 sequence)

is now at http://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq/resources.shtml


hg18 only has seqdb now. (is there a reason why the old files were taken out?)
DB versioning?


by the way, is there a known date when 0.0.8 might be available for download?
