Better PlayN question handling

on the PlayN project page and direct people there to ask (and get
answers for) questions about PlayN, rather than to this mailing list.
This is a useful place to discuss new features or code reviews, but it
is a terrible place to troubleshoot problems with getting PlayN set up
or implementing basic game functionality.
The problem is that no one searches the mailing list archives before
posting a question that has been asked and answered numerous times
before, and the Google Groups interface (naturally) doesn't encourage
them to do so. On top of that, a given answer to a question ends up
hidden in a massive thread, and thus is hard to find.
Stack Overflow is specifically designed to overcome these problems and
serve as a great way to find existing answers and to obtain new ones.
We should take advantage of it.
