Are play-plugins [ https://github.com/typesafehub/play-plugins ] ready for Play 2.1 ?

If yes.. then how to include them in play 2.1 app ?

Yes they should be. I am not sure which plugin you are trying to you but the following works if mailer plugin

"com.typesafe" %% "play-plugins-mailer" % "2.1.0"
