Hi all,

This module deploys a Play! application to the CloudBees RUN@cloud PaaS (formerly knowing as Stax). It was based on, and is a replacement for the Stax module.

Features
 * Creates the war file automatically and deploys it.
 * Delta upload - after the initial deploy, only the parts of the war file that have changed will be uploaded (very useful here in NZ where 40mb takes 10mins+ to upload!)
 * Does not require the CloudBees SDK to be installed
 * Implements some of the CloudBees SDK like application listing, database listing. Future versions will finish off the integration.
 * Allows deployment settings to be persisted in the application.conf file

If you want to try it out, CloudBees has a free tier.

Hi

I don't know if it's the best way to report that but the documentation as some gotchas

On the page http://www.playframework.org/modules/cloudbees-0.1/home the key/value pairs to set in the application.conf file are incorrects

You have to use

bees.api.key=your apikey
bees.api.secret=your secret
bees.api.domain=your domain
bees.api.name=your app name
Another question : what is the mode of the application deployed on cloudbees : is it automatically a production version ?

Regards
Seb
