Subject: [2.0] Play deletes log after restart

I built package using 'play dist' and deployed it to a webserver. Now it
truncates application.log after every restart. What are the possible
reasons for such behavior?

Well we noticed that, and there is a fix in the trunk already. As a
workaround you can provide your own logger.xml file to use a different file.
